Boris works with teams to co-create and deliver collaboration experiences that significantly advance progress towards solving complex and cross-cutting federal challenges. His primary role in the team is to manage the day to day operations of the PIC Collaboration Studio to ensure that each engagement is delivered in the most effective and efficient manner. Prior to joining the PIC, Boris served as a process improvement expert in the private sector and the federal government for 25 years. He assisted the US Army, the General Services Administration, and government contractors in developing and deploying high impact Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) programs. He earned a Lean Six Sigma black belt in 2004 while leading critical CPI projects at the US Army Joint Munitions Command. He holds an MBA from Saint Ambrose University and a BS in Industrial and Management Engineering from the University of Iowa. Boris is actively engaged in advancing CPI in the government as a member of the Federal Improvement Team (FIT) board.
